About: The city of Englewood is home to 30,000, located directly south of Denver.  Englewood offers an abundance of recreational options with multiple rec centers, 250+ acres of open space and 12 parks. One of the most popular destinations for residents and nearby neighbors is Pirates Cove Family Aquatic Center, a water park filled with attractions and rides. Established during the Gold Rush days, Northwest Englewood is now where you'll find downtown and the oldest neighborhoods in the city and home to the 55-acre redevelopment project, CityCenter Englewood,  many point to as a model for intelligent city planning. The CityCenter is truly unique.  It is one of just a handful of places in the country where a suburban shopping mall was replaced by a mixed-use downtown.  The area includes a central public place surrounded by shops, office buildings, housing, a public library, an art museum, a light rail transit station, outdoor performance space and lots of walkable streets and outdoor sculptures.

Home to industrial and residential areas and the city’s largest park.  With excellent medical facilities and schools, Englewood is a popular location in the Denver Metro area.

Families will find excellent schools in Englewood, with children served by the Englewood, Littleton or Cherry Creek school systems. The city is also boasts several private schools and Colorado's Finest Alternative High School.
