Nov 30/Dec 1 Downtown Parker ‘Sip n Shop’/Wine Walk – We will be partnering with Fidelity National Title this year and pouring wine in our breezeway. Enjoy shopping and sipping wine among the beautiful Christmas lights in Downtown Parker.

Dec 1 Cimarron Festival of Trees – For the last 5 years Osgood Team Real Estate has donated a Winter Sports Themed Tree with a stunning tree and plenty of goodies to get you out playing in the snow! Buy your tickets at the door, place ticket in our bucket to try to win. Our top agents will be there to have some fun with you.
Dec 8 ‘Hot Chocolate and Christmas Cheer’ during the Parker Christmas Carriage Parade – Non-motorized vehicle parade that has become a Parker tradition! Osgood Team will again be serving free hot chocolate to our friends who stop by. Can’t make the parade?
