A Blessed 2014

As we enter Christmas week, The Osgood Team wants to take a moment to wish you a wonderful holiday season and prosperous 2015.

As we reflect on 2014, we realize how blessed we are. We are grateful for our family, our community and our friends. They’ve been instrumental in helping us grow our business this past year.

And so much has happened! We’ve moved to a new office on Parker’s Mainstreet (19590 East Mainstreet #204, Parker, CO 80138) and opened a new office in Lone Tree (9233 Park Meadows Dr, Ste 225, Lone Tree, CO 80124). We also added two new real estate agents – Joy McWilliams and Lisa Smith – who follow our philosophy of going above and beyond to help our customers, and to give back to the community.

We’ve refined our business operations to make any real estate transaction smoother for the individuals involved. Of course, we couldn’t have done all of this without the help and persistence of our right-hand gal, Elizabeth Townsend.

We’re also grateful for the support that we’ve received for one of our main efforts to give back to the community – Movies in Your Park. Through Movies in Your Park, we provide our large movie screen so that people can host a fun event and raise money for their favorite charities.

Finally, we want to thank all the South Denver area residents who trusted us with their real estate needs, whether they were buying or selling. We’ve loved helping each and every one of them.
