July 4th, 2017 Independence Day

Happy Independence Day!

The fourth of July is the birthday of our nation. We celebrate this wonderful day because on July 4th, 1776 Thomas Jefferson and representatives from the 13 colonies voted and approved The Declaration of Independence. This Declaration gave the American people freedom from British rule.

We on this continent should never forget that men first crossed the Atlantic not to find soil for their ploughs but to secure liberty for their souls. ~Robert J. McCracken
