It’s the little things in Parker that make so many of us call it home.  From the small town feel with all the conveniences of a big city, amazing restaurants, quaint small business stores, to the hundreds of miles of recreation space..Parker is a fantastic place to live! One of our favorite locations to bring our dogs is the Bayou Gulch Dog Park – near the Pinery neighborhood.

Bayou Gulch Dog Park offers 2+ acres of off leash, fully fenced fun for your dog and master. The hours of operation are sunrise to sunset, and the location is off Bayou Gulch Road and Fox Sparrow Road on the east side of the Bayou Gulch Regional Park. The dog park area is adjacent to 2.5 miles of soft surface trails that require dogs to be on-leash as a courtesy to other trail users and wildlife.

Bring Fido out to play with some of Parker’s finest canine pals. Balls and toys alike are a great idea but be wiling to share among the group of doggie friends! Remember that your dog might get thirsty from running around and may need a drink of water, bowls are at the park but you need to supply your own water. Dog treats and snacks are not recommended as many dogs may become food aggressive. The Bayou Gulch Dog Park is a great location to let your dog burn off energy while you enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery.
