Nic made his way to the Osgood Team via a transition from commercial real estate. As a top producer in his field, he was missing the personal relationships that come with residential real estate.
Nic’s values and hard work ethic can be attributed to growing up in Raton, a small town located in Northeastern New Mexico. As a multisport athlete in high school, he continued his passion for sports by playing college football in West Texas A&M University. This is also where he discovered his love for coaching, a skill he puts to great use in real estate. After graduation, Nic had the opportunity to coach at the collegiate level at Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado, where he also received his master’s degree.
After coaching for seven years, opportunities relocated him to the South Denver area where he settled in Parker, Colorado. Even though it has all the amenities of a large city, the people and sense of community reminded him of his small town roots.
When you meet Nic, you’ll quickly notice his keen attention to detail, resourcefulness, witty sense of humor and his passion for helping people. His strong ties and long term relationships with local lenders, inspectors, businesses and REALTOR colleagues are an asset to his clients.
A lover of the outdoors, Nic is an avid fly fisherman and hunter, travelling all over the country and to Africa in search of satisfying his passion for nature.
When not helping clients with their real estate transactions, you’ll find him spending time with his family or in the mountains. He is a devoted and doting father to twin daughters, Elicia and Gabriella.
