We’re talking Dog Parks in and around Parker. And they have some classic names to boot – Hound Hill, Diggers, Fido’s Field, Rover’s Run. I mean, COME ON, as if the dogs aren’t cute enough!
Studies are still out, but we’re thinking there may be more Pup Parks than People Parks here in Douglas County. And that’s just fine with us – we love dogs.
Why do we love dogs? Because our furry friends make us healthier and happier, like, in a dozen ways. So, when times are ruff… Ok, fine, we’ll get to those details in another article – in the meantime, let’s get back to parks.
Off-leash parks alone are plentiful. We count 10 in our immediate area. Add the walking trails, neighborhood parks, open space, and our own yards – and our dogs certainly have their pick of pup paradises.
