A Colorado native, Courtney Walker grew up in the beautiful South Denver suburb of Littleton, and has chosen to make Parker her home for the past fourteen years. Courtney provides the highest level of support to her clients. During any interaction with Courtney, you will quickly learn of her energetic and positive personality as well as her ‘I’ll get that done for you’ determination.

With a background in the financial sector, as a manager at Merrill Lynch, she understands the critical nature of real estate from dates and deadlines, to accuracy on all fronts. Another great asset is her large network of friends and resources throughout the Denver area. She’s never met a stranger and utilizes her powerful network to help her clients.
When not working, Courtney’s time is devoted to her three children and all their activities from football to choir and high school poms. Her hobbies include anything to do with her kids, her beloved dogs, hiking, running, attending concerts, craft beers, skiing and most important… her love for our Denver Broncos!!
