Real Estate activity in Wheatlands is keeping up with last year’s numbers, but with 10.5% increases in Sold Prices and 15% decreases in Average Days On Market (information from REColorado,year over year 1/1/18-4/30/18).

Home resales in this popular SE Aurora neighborhood are strong so far this year. As of 4/30/2018, number of Sold homes is at 18, which is equal to last year for the same time period.
