Our satellite office in Elizabeth, Colorado has been open for a few months and we invite you to stop by. Elbert County REALTOR, Andrea Richardson, opened the office so she can better service the growing area.

Elizabeth is a quaint and growing community situated Southeast of Parker. It has been identified as a town that Millennials are interested in relocating to due to the fact that the cost of living is a bit lower than surrounding areas and the space is still wide open. It is still a bedroom community, where residents live in Elizabeth and work in Metro Denver or Colorado Springs. However, the Mayor of Elizabeth, Megan Vasquez sees that changing a little. She says of the growth taking place in the area, “There will be more houses, more housing, some more commercial structures, so that hopefully most of our population – which is very unique, about 80 percent drive into the Denver metro to work – keep the money in town instead of Parker or Castle Rock.”
