Parker, Colorado REALTOR®, Nic Pasquale, has joined Osgood Team Real Estate, a firm serving the South Metro Denver area.
Osgood Team LLC welcomed licensed real estate broker, Nic Pasquale, to its firm. “From the minute he walked in our office, we knew he was a terrific fit with our brokerage and team of agents,” said Leanne Osgood who owns the company with her husband Bob. “Nic has all the right components of a top producing real estate broker….small town work ethic, tenacity and a true passion for helping others and building relationships in our community. With a background in commercial real estate, Nic transitioned over to residential as he missed the relationships. “I was intentional about what type of agency I was searching for,” said Pasquale, “it was important to me that the office I chose was heavily invested in the community, had local expert agents, was big enough to have global reach but small enough to be flexible. Osgood Team met all those requirements and I’m excited to partner with them.”
Nic’s values and hard work ethic can be attributed to growing up in Raton, a small town located in Northeastern New Mexico. As a multisport athlete in high school, he continued his passion for sports by playing college football in West Texas A&M University. This is also where he discovered his love for coaching, a skill he puts to great use in real estate. After graduation, Nic had the opportunity to coach at the collegiate level at Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado, where he also received his master’s degree.
Nic Specializes in buyers, sellers and investors in the South Metro Denver area including Parker, Castle Rock, Franktown, Elizabeth, Lone Tree, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Englewood and Aurora.
In addition to being a REALTOR®, Nic is an avid outdoorsman and fly fisherman. He and his twin girls Elicia and Gabriella enjoy all that Colorado has to offer and when he’s not working, can be found in the mountains or on the trails in Parker.
