Resales in Tollgate Crossing in SE Aurora still strong through May

Real Estate activity in Tollgate is down a bit over last year’s numbers, with slight increases in Sold Prices (information from REColorado,year over year 1/1/18-5/31/18).

Home resales in this popular SE Aurora neighborhood are down a bit but still strong so far this year. As of 5/31/2018, number of Sold homes is at 29, down from 40 last year for the same time period.
