The Osgood Team Garners Prestigious Sales Production Award for 2014 from South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association
Bob & Leanne Osgood, owners of the Parker-based Osgood Team, have won the 2014 Diamond Circle Club Award for Top Residential Partnership Sales – One Carat from the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA).
The Osgoods were required to meet the minimum requirement of $5 million in total sales volume or 20 real estate transactions to qualify for the prestigious Diamond Club honor, which was announced at the Third Annual Diamond Circle Awards Celebration April 17, 2015, at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.
“We are pleased to present Bob and Leanne with the Diamond Circle Award for 2014,” said Steve Konecny, 2015 Chair of SMDRA, a non-profit trade association that provides real estate professionals with the resources they need to help them grow and prosper in the highly competitive real estate business.

A real estate agent is a Realtor when he or she is a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors, NAR. The term “Realtor” is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NAR and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. They hold themselves to a higher standard of business from other licensed agents in the real estate industry. Only real estate licensees who are members of the Realtor Association are properly called Realtors.
