Parker Chamber of Commerce Wine Walks and Movies in the Park – 2015 Schedule
If you’re looking for a different way to spend a Friday or Saturday night this summer, you don’t need to look any further than downtown Parker, CO.
The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce has two very different types of monthly events planned – Movies In Your Park for local families and Wine Walks for the 21 and older crowd.
Movies In Your Park offers a family-friendly night out for the whole family, beginning with games, music and concessions at 6 p.m. in O’Brien Park on June 20, July 18 and Aug. 8. The movies start at dusk and are shown on a screen provided by sponsors, Osgood Team Real Estate and Sam Smith with Farmers Insurance.
This summer’s movies are:
June 20 – Despicable Me
July 18 – Back to the Future II
August 8 – Frozen This night is also National Night Out sponsored by the Parker Police Department.
For those looking for something with an older crowd, you don’t want to miss the monthly Wine Walks in Old Town Parker, which take place on the last Friday of the month from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

July 31
Aug. 28
Sept. 25
Oct. 30.
For just $15, individuals receive a bag filled with 10 tokens for 1 ounce wine tastings at various downtown merchants, a special engraved tasting glass, as well as coupons and special offers from the business owners.
It’s a great way to support the merchants of downtown Parker, as well as meet other residents and neighbors as they also enjoy a night out on the town.
