In the past few months, I’ve introduced you to a group of apps that can help in your home-buying process – everything from designing and decorating a 3D room to finding a safe neighborhood to filming a home for people who couldn’t make the showing. Links to these different blogs will be inserted
These are all fabulous tools that you can use in your search, especially in the Denver metro area’s tight market where decisions sometimes have to be made quickly and options need to be expanded.
For example, you might have been totally against a renovation, but that eventually turned out to be your best option. And it was an option that you could understand and visualize, thanks to the Room Sketcher app I wrote about recently.
But having a quality real estate agent is even more important than all of these cool apps.
Real estate agents exist for a reason. They know the market and can give you up-to-date advice on pricing, what’s available on the market and what neighborhoods might be best for your family’s needs.

REALTORS deal with home transactions all the time, so they know the ins and outs of the contracts and how to negotiate the best deal. They’ll take your financial situation or goals into consideration, and they know the names of qualified handymen and home inspectors.
