From the rural suburbs of Ohio and armed with a sense of adventure, James found an early talent for creativity, imagination, and connecting with people. After moving to Colorado at age 11, he discovered that the state perfectly matched his energetic spirit. By 24, he was leading teams and inspiring others to improve their businesses and relationships through collaboration and integrity.
James earned his B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001 and later spent several transformative years on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where he strengthened his gift for building authentic relationships and learned the value of listening first. Returning to Colorado in 2004, James took on a management role with Gart Brothers in Glenwood Springs, expanding his leadership experience while embracing Colorado’s mountain lifestyle.
In 2018, James transitioned from retail to finance, helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals. His growing fascination with homeownership and investment led him naturally toward real estate.
In 2023, James joined Osgood Team Real Estate as Director of Operations, where he honed his understanding of the business from the inside out. Today, as a licensed REALTOR®, James brings that depth of experience—and his passion for helping people—to every client he serves.
