Frank Visocky brings more than three decades of real estate and mortgage industry experience to Osgood Team Real Estate. His unique background spans mortgage servicing, foreclosure management, distressed property solutions, and traditional residential real estate, giving his clients a level of knowledge and perspective that few agents can match.
Born in Kassel, Germany, Frank immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of two and grew up in Pennsylvania between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Robert Morris College and built a successful 30-plus year career in the mortgage servicing industry, specializing in the liquidation and management of bank-owned properties. Throughout his career, Frank developed a deep understanding of the real estate process from every angle, helping homeowners, lenders, and investors navigate complex situations with confidence.
Frank’s commitment to service extends far beyond real estate. He proudly served in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard from 1982 to 1993 as a Security Specialist and earned Veteran status through his deployment during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His military experience shaped the values that continue to guide him today: integrity, accountability, professionalism, and putting others first.
After relocating to Colorado in 2010, Frank served as Vice President of Operations for a national REO outsourcing firm before returning to his true passion—working directly with buyers and sellers. Since rejoining residential real estate in 2019, he has built a reputation for providing honest guidance, practical solutions, and exceptional client care.
Frank has a special passion for serving veterans, seniors, first-time homebuyers, and homeowners facing difficult financial circumstances. As a former Denver board member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), a Homes for Heroes Affiliate, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), he is committed to helping clients understand their options, protect their interests, and make informed decisions.
Being a veteran himself, Frank understands the sacrifices made by military families and believes strongly in giving back to those who serve.
