For Rockies fans, there is something magical about a baseball game that must be experienced in person. Since it opened in 1995, Coors Field has been a league leader in attendance, and the popularity of the Rockies has continued to grow, especially in recent years. In 2007, the Colorado Rockies (AKA Blake Street Bombers) won 22 of their last 23 games to earn their first trip to the World Series, and fans are eagerly awaiting their return!

Colorado Springs Sky Sox Baseball
The Sky Sox are the top minor league baseball team affiliated with the Colorado Rockies; dozens of players each year will split their time between each team. Taking my kids to a Sky Sox game is an affordable way to teach them about the sport that is as American as apple pie. Because Security Service Field is a smaller field (6,200 fixed seats, plus the grass slope on the third base side and Skybox suite level), we can get closer to the action. A Fun Zone with inflatables and a pitching area is available to children 12 and under.
Virtually every day of the week offers a great promotional offer. You won’t want to miss Kids Eat Free Mondays, $2 Tuesday, or $3 Craft Beer Thursdays. Most Friday night home games as well as select Saturdays and the Fourth of July feature spectacular post-game firework displays.
