Exclusive Financing Program is now Available for Doctors
The Osgood Team is proud to announce that it is partnering with Summit Bank and Trust to offer a mortgage program designed especially for doctors.
Called the Professional Portfolio Jumbo Home Financing Program for Physicians, this home financing program is designed to meet the needs of physicians who are purchasing a new or secondary home, or want to refinance their current home.
Under the program, doctors will not have to put as much down because mortgage insurance is not required. This aspect has the potential to save doctors thousands over the life of their loans.
Doctors also will be able to:
- Finance up to 95 percent of the purchase price or appraised value of the home.
- Receive loan amounts of up to $2 million.
- Finance primary residences and secondary homes.
- Receive competitive interest rates, low fees and fast turnaround.
A minimum credit score of 720 is required. Physicians may prove their employment with a letter or contract from the hiring employer, stating start date and salary.
